SNTCSSC Mock Interview Training 2025: UPSC Mains Interview Preparation for IAS/IFS/IPS Personality Test

The last test in the UPSC Civil Services Examination is the Personality Test (PT) which is the last test to be undertaken and demands great preparation and confidence. In a bid to understand the importance of this phase, the Satyendra Nath Tagore Civil Services Study Centre (SNTCSSC), which is a Centre of Excellence in Public Management, Government of West Bengal, has proposed a specialized course SNTCSSC Mock Interview Training 2025: UPSC Mains Interview Preparation in IAS/IFS/IPS Personality Test.

This is an intensive course provided to the young women and men of West Bengal who have already passed the UPSC Prelims, have taken the Mains Examination 2025, and are now eager to pass the Personality Test (PT) at Dholpur House, New Delhi. The SNTCSSC is proud of the success of these candidates, and to that end, he/she asks them to participate in these intensive interview training sessions and they are set to start in October 2025. These sessions are structured in a way that they culminate into Mock Interview sessions to individuals who pass the Mains examination.

SNTCSSC Mock Interview Training 2025 | UPSC Mains Interview Preparation Starts October 2025

According to SNTCSSC, they will be introducing intensive training on interviewing since the year 2025. These classes will equip the candidates well in the Personality Test.

Importantly, the training will result in Mock Interview sessions in the case of a successful pass in Mains examination. This is a specialized and high quality preparation that is critical to survive the turns and twists of the interview stage.

Expert Panels for UPSC Mains Mock Interviews

One of the characteristics of the SNTCSSC program that can be distinguished is the composition of the Mock Interview Boards. The panels will be put together to simulate the intensity and expertise that the candidates will experience in New Delhi.

The Mock Interview Boards will include the highly experienced professionals, including:

  • Retired and serving senior IAS officers.
  • Executives of the IFS (veteran and retired)
  • Senior IPS officers (serving and retired).
  • Respected scholars.
  • Dominion professionals who have extensive experience.

Logistics and Accommodation Support

Given that the difficulties experienced by candidates who do not live in Kolkata, the SNTCSSC has mechanisms that help candidates face the last hurdle.

SNTCSSC will facilitate the hostel accommodation to the candidates who are qualified to attend Interview (PT) and are residing in remote districts on condition of requesting the same.
