How to Apply for NMMS West Bengal 2025
Stage 1: Enter the official portal
To start your application, please visit https://banglarshiksha.wb.gov.in/scholarships.
Step 2: Complete Online application form
Do fill in the details accurately-don t forget to:
- Submit the copy of your certificate of income issued by a competent authority, signed.
- Load caste/disability certificate where it is applicable
- Attach your latest photograph (not more than 50KB, jpg, size 3.5×4.5cm).
- Each scanned document (including the Head of Institution certificate) should not be larger than 200KB in PDF.
Step 3: School certificate
- Once the form is submitted online, you are to print it appearing together with the Head of School/Institution certificate format.
- Fill the certificate and have it signed and officially stamped by your headperson at school.
- Sign the certificate and then upload it to finish your application.
Step 4: Banking Information
- A single bank account must have the name in your name (SBI, any public sector bank, any scheduled bank with core banking).
- In case they are a joint account, you have to be the first holder.
- Link your Aadhaar account and then apply.

- In the situation where there is a tie at the cutoff point then younger (junior) candidates will be favored.
